Refund and Exchange Policy
At Nusuki, we are dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and refund process for online purchases.
How to Return Your Item(s)

  • Ensure that the items are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging before returning them.
Refund Process
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
  • For cash-on-delivery payments, refunds will be issued as Nusuki coupons, redeemable on your next purchase.
Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Exchanges
  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. If a product is damaged, we will cover all fees associated with the exchange process.
  • For exchanges, please contact us at info@nusuki.uk to arrange the return and replacement.
Gift Returns
  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
